    • Male / Female.
    • A graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary or any related course is a plus.
    • At least 5 years work experience in the kitchen.
    • Team Player.
    • Have understanding of food health and safety regulations.
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
    • Passion for delivering great food and service.
    • Available to work shifts during weekends and holidays.
