Qualifications
- College graduates, preferably HRM, Culinary or any related course is a plus.
- At least 3-5 years experience in kitchen operation.
- Male or Female.
- Team Player.
- In-depth understanding of food health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Keeping up with industry trends and creating new recipes with the Sous Chef.
- Trains cooks and assistant cook.
- Ensuring standard portions and quality of dishes.
- Passion for delivering great food and service.
- Multitasking and organizational ability.
- Available to work shifts during weekends and holidays.
