    • College graduates, preferably HRM, Culinary or any related course is a plus.
    • At least 3-5 years experience in kitchen operation.
    • Male or Female.
    • Team Player.
    • In-depth understanding of food health and safety regulations.
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
    • Keeping up with industry trends and creating new recipes with the Sous Chef.
    • Trains cooks and assistant cook.
    • Ensuring standard portions and quality of dishes.
    • Passion for delivering great food and service.
    • Multitasking and organizational ability.
    • Available to work shifts during weekends and holidays.
